What's Jones and Son Diamond and Bridal Fine Jewelry's return policy?
Exchanges are processed within 5-7 calendar days after they are received. For an item to be eligible for a exchange it must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of the original ship date, no exceptions. Items postmarked after these times will be returned to the customer in its original box. Store credits are issued in the form of a virtual gift card sent to the email address you placed your order with. Shipping expenses are only credited in the event an item is damaged, defective, lost. Sale items are all final sales and may not be exchanged for store credit.

You can choose to either have a gift certificate sent via email or post when you purchase the certificate. Shipping is complimentary. Always include the recipient's address and or email address and be sure to include your gift note to the recipient.
